Arielle’s Group Reservation Agreement



To ensure the very best of quality service to our guest the following provisions are mandated for all group reservations.

A deposit is required for groups exceeding eight people in the amount of five dollars per guest.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be credited in part towards your final bill.
This credit is adjusted from your total deposit amount to match the actual number of people present in your group.
The remaining percentage of your deposit will be credited to the restaurant’s set up fee for the additional seats that were held for your reservation.

Reservations will be held for 15 minutes on the nights that we are booked to capacity.

Be sure that everyone in your group is aware of the DRESS CODE, it will be strictly enforced.

Partial groups will only be seated after the 15 minute grace period has elapsed and only for the number of the group that is present.
The remaining seats will be forfeited with only the exception of three quarters of your group being present.

All Credit Card deposits will be processed 24 hours before the reservation date.

If separate checks are needed by your group, please make your server aware of this at the time of your order.

Arielle's Fine Dining will contact you one (1) day prior to your reservation.  The following information is required to secure your reservation:
